
Shipping & Returns
Securing a piece:
Most items require 50% payment to hold. This is a non-refundable deposit unless an agreement is made to view the piece with a refund option if the piece does not meet the buyer’s expectations (inspections are needed within 24 hours). We cannot hold any item without a deposit and we require pick-up to be completed within 7 days.
Viewings & Delivery:
In the Austin, Texas area? We encourage you to view all items in person. Send us a DM on Instagram to make arrangements. We offer local courier services within Austin, Houston & Dallas. Interstate customers have access to our interstate shipping network.
Inspection:
The buyer is responsible for the final inspection. If you cannot see a piece in person, we can always FaceTime or send additional photos. Just ask!
Shipping:
All items must be paid in full before items leave with the shipper. If we ship interstate, we will ask the buyer to communicate with the courier for both delivery and shipping payment. We also cannot take responsibility for items no longer in our possession.
Refunds:
All sales are final! There are no refunds.
For this reason, we encourage in-person inspections. Vintage pieces, even when refinished will have age-related flaws.
